CARTERSVILLE OB/GYN TO HOLD FREE HEALTH-SCREENING EVENT
 
Cartersville Ob/Gyn Associates will hold a free health-screening event for women in the community on Saturday, May 18, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., in the practice’s medical office located at 958-A Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Suite 102. The event is part of the 14th annual National Women’s Health Week, coordinated by the Office on Women’s Health within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. It will feature free, preventative testing for many common female health conditions and diseases, including anemia, diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as gynecological and pelvic abnormalities.
