The Georgia General Stormwater Permit was signed on March 6, 2017. The permit becomes effective on June 1, 2017. This seminar will discuss compliance with the Stormwater regulatory requirements under the new general industrial permit including exemptions, how to obtain permit coverage, how to develop Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), best management practices, inspection requirements, monitoring and reporting.
