Course Description:
The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has recently issued a new Form I-9. As you may know, the previous version expired some time ago. Employers must begin using the new form and instructions by May 7th 2013, at which point no prior versions of Form I-9 may be used.
We will use the I-9 Form along with the Department of Homeland Security’s
Handbook for Employers to show the correct procedures for completing, retaining,
and destroying I-9 Forms.
