The Small Business Council of the Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Lunch and Learn, facilitated by Matt Pearce with the Small Business Development Center.

Does it seem like everything is on Social Media now? Are you feeling over-whelmed by the amount of information there is with Social Media? This class covers current social media marketing trends from start to finish. We will start with the basics of Social Media and progress with each session.

This Introduction to Social Media Program is an overview program targeting managers and decision makers. The program addresses what social media is and how businesses can use it. Unlike other social media courses, we do not try to convince you that you must be using social media. Rather, this social media program gives you the tools and knowledge you need to make that decision for yourself. The class introduces social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Social Media Part 1
1.Overview: Review all the different options and which are good for certain businesses.
2.Which site(s) should you be on and why?
3.How you can utilize the sites for your business.

1.Learn how to set up pages for various sites.
2.Learn how to change Facebook Tabs and resize images for different Social Media Platforms.
3.Developing Effective Social Media Post.
