Description
Taught by Dora Dryden If you want to try your hand at the traditional ad also modern craft of quilting this introductory class of basic quilt construction is for you. You will learn techniques for planning, cutting, and construction of a basic quilt block as well as skills in selecting fabrics and materials. Emphasis will be place on accuracy in cutting and sewing to insure your block comes together perfectly. Your block will then be layered, quilted and bound so that you leave with a small finished quilt. Please register by calling the Reference Desk at 770-382-4203 ext. 138.
