Description
There & Back Again Hiking Society: Spring Hike
Join us March 16 at Etowah Indian Mounds as we celebrate the coming of spring with our next monthly hike! The nature trail on site will take us on a walk beside the Etowah River and through the earthen mounds and beautiful grounds of this historic site.
Length: 1.1 mi loop
Difficulty: Listed as "good for all skill levels"
Elevation gain: 6 ft
Pets: Leashed pets are allowed on historic site trails, however, they are not allowed in buildings.
Features: River, museum, 6 earthen mounds, nature trail, picnic tables
Admission prices:
- Adults (18–61): $6.00
- Seniors (62+): $5.00
- Youth (6–17): $4.50
- Youth Groups: $3.50
- Children (under 6): $2.00
