Save the date for March 21, 2026, Women’s Self Defense seminar at 10:00am
If you’re local to the Cartersville GA area please join us and bring a friend!!!!
We’ll spend an hour learning SIMPLE and realistic self defense strategies for any situation, skill level and body type.
Open for ages 16 and up
Learn what to do if you’re followed, if you’re holding kids or grocery bags and fee unsafe in a parking lot , how to stay safe in your home, and simple strategies to break away from an attack.
