Dispatcher

JOB STATEMENT:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all service request & installs.          
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage all service & install requests from customers.
  • Responsible for entering all documentation required for all requests following rules & procedures.
  • Make final dispatch decisions if Sales Manager is unavailable.
  • Responsible for addressing related dispatch concerns.
  • Responsible for the submission and ensure accuracy of timecards at the end of each week.
  • Make sure all jobs are closed out & invoiced correctly in a timely manner.
  • Monitors service calls making proactive adjustments to maximize on-time performance.
  • Responsible for customers satisfaction by communicating and working closely to handling customers’ needs.
  • Communicate with managers as needed to maximize efficiency and resolve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety rules, government regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Comply with all OSHA Safety and Health rules and always wear personal protective equipment as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One to two years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
  • Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
  • Intermediate computer skills required, Outlook email, Word, Excel.
