We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Attendant to join our hotel team. The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering guest inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a positive and professional attitude
  • Check guests in and out efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions or concerns
  • Make and manage room reservations
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and phone skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
