We’re Hiring: Game Master (Part-Time)

Mission: Escape is looking for 1–2 Game Masters to join our team!

If you love people, enjoy problem-solving, and don’t mind a little chaos (the fun kind), this might be the perfect fit.

The Details

  • Part-time: ~10–15 hours per week

  • Availability: Mostly weekends

  • Bonus: Ability to work 1–4 hours during the week occasionally with notice

  • Location: Mission: Escape (205 N Tennessee Street, Cartersville)

What You’ll Do

  • Run escape room experiences from start to finish

  • Welcome guests, explain rules, and set the tone for a great experience

  • Monitor games and provide hints when needed

  • Take team photos after escapes

  • Reset rooms between games

  • Clean rooms and bathrooms (yes, really)

  • Lift and move items up to 30 lbs as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • You genuinely like people and are great with all kinds of personalities

  • Strong customer service skills (this is HUGE for us)

  • Reliable, punctual, and communicates well

  • Comfortable being “on stage” and leading groups

  • Calm under pressure and adaptable

  • Willing to jump in where needed — no task is “below” you

Customer experience makes or breaks us. If creating memorable, positive experiences lights you up, you’ll do great here.

Probably Not a Fit If…

  • You don’t like interacting with people

  • You’re looking for a quiet, sit-down job

  • You’re not comfortable cleaning or resetting spaces
