Production operators

Operate production machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors. 
Perform basic quality checks and report defects.
Ability to work with high-speed production lines (high output, high performance equipment, fast-paced production environment).
Knowledge of reading schedules and understanding products which are being produced, understanding production requirements, production planning and managing changeovers.
Familiarity of computers in a manufacturing setting which may include electronic settings, line speed, pressures, basic troubleshooting.
Awareness of basic procedures/steps, and identifying risks. 
Experience with handling minor mechanical repairs such jams, using tools, making basic adjustments to equipment. 
Skills in preventative maintenance which requires inspecting and maintaining equipment, as well as detecting and correcting issues. 
Keep work area clean and organized.

Education requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience Requirements:
Production experience is required (1-3 years).
Other Requirements:
Mus the able to carry up to 50 Lbs.
Work Environment:
The work is typically performed indoors and outdoors. Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
