After years of corporate life across the country, the Fannins returned to Todd’s hometown to trade the boardroom for the great outdoors. They combine Todd’s business precision with Carrie’s creative eye to craft spaces that feel like a natural extension of your home. Whether it’s a designer deck, a stone patio, or a sun-drenched porch, their work carries one through line: a relentless commitment to quality.

Married for over 20 years, Todd and Carrie share a deep love for exploring local trails with their pup, Bodhi. When they aren't designing your dream retreat, you’ll likely find them bouldering or wandering a backroad. Just a heads-up: Todd’s puns are almost as solid as our construction.
