Malissa Allen, Broker/Owner of Allen & Associates Realty, obtained her real estate license in 2004 and gained experience working with both small and larger firms before founding her own brokerage in 2011 with her husband, Doug Allen, a local builder and Realtor®. Together, they provide clients with a unique perspective that combines real estate expertise with hands-on knowledge of construction, renovations, and investment properties. Malissa and Doug have been married for over 30 years, building their lives around family, faith, and a deep commitment to serving their community.
Malissa is dedicated to a relationship-driven, personalized approach, understanding that a home is more than a transaction—it’s where life happens. She continually advances her expertise, including earning her real estate appraisal license in 2023, to guide clients with confidence in buying, selling, and investing.
