BIG ANNOUNCEMENT‼️ Before the Emergency Happens we want to be ready❗️

Elevate Autism, Inc. is proud to share a new resource now available to Bartow County families. Through the efforts of Elevate Autism, Inc. and collaboration with Bartow County 911 and the Bartow County Sheriff's Office, individuals on the autism spectrum can now have important information voluntarily added to the county's 911 system.

By completing a simple two-page form and submitting it to the Bartow County Sheriff's Office, important information about communication styles, methods to keep individuals safe, sensory sensitivities, and other helpful details can be added to the 911 system. If a 911 call involves that individual, dispatchers can alert first responders so they can approach the situation with greater understanding and awareness. 

This initiative is designed to help create safer, more informed interactions and provide additional support to both families and first responders when it matters most.
