Comcast Opens First Xfinity Store in Cartersville, GA

Comcast celebrated the grand opening of its first Xfinity Store in Cartersville, located at 253 Market Place Blvd., Unit 18, Cartersville, GA 30121, marking the company's first retail location in Bartow County. A ribbon-cutting ceremony brought together local elected officials, community partners, and Comcast leaders to celebrate the new store and Comcast's continued investment in Cartersville and the surrounding Northwest Georgia region.

Attendees included Bartow County Administrator Peter Olson; Bartow County Commissioner and Development Authority of Bartow County Chairman Steve Taylor; Cartersville Councilman Cary Roth; and representatives from the Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce.

Comcast continues to invest in expanding connectivity across Bartow County. In 2023, the State of Georgia awarded Comcast a $6.7 million grant to bring high-speed Internet access to thousands of underserved residents. The broadband expansion project is on track to be finished by the end of the year, helping ensure more residents, businesses, and communities have access to reliable, high-speed Internet service

The new storefront features an interactive experience where customers can explore Xfinity products and services, receive support from local experts, and connect with Comcast Business specialists to discuss technology solutions that help local businesses grow and stay connected.
