Find Thanksgiving recipe inspiration with KSU’s Bentley Rare Book Museum! Join JoyEllen Williams, Curator of Rare Books and Special Collections, for an exploration of historic cookbooks published as early as the seventeenth century and as late as the twentieth century including wartime cookbooks. Bonus: Bentley Rare Book Museum research specialist, Kelly Hoomes, will discuss WWII Victory Gardens in connection with wartime cookbooks. This program is sure to make you hungry so feel free to bring your lunch.
