Description
Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention: This class guides participants in practicing slow, gentle movements and breathing techniques to improve balance, strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility. It helps alleviate symptoms of arthritis, lower the risk of falling, and improve overall health.
Class sessions run for 1 hour and meet weekly for 8 weeks.
