Location: Rydal, GA | On-Site
Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable team member to provide overnight maintenance and breakdown support. This role involves helping drivers troubleshoot truck and trailer issues, coordinating repair services, and tracking breakdowns through completion. Truck driving and roadside breakdown experience is a plus. Computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to overnight breakdown and emergency calls.
• Assist drivers with troubleshooting and coordinate repair shops, roadside service, towing, and tire service as needed.
• Monitor repairs and keep the appropriate personnel updated.
• Use maintenance software to document breakdowns, repairs, work orders, and outstanding issues.
• Review driver vehicle inspection reports, perform yard and camera checks, and follow up on equipment concerns.
• Assist with trailer fueling, equipment distribution, and shop and yard upkeep as needed.
• Provide an end-of-shift summary of repairs and items requiring follow-up.

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with drivers, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency with computers and email.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize urgent issues, and work independently.
• Availability to work the overnight schedule on-site.
• Class A CDL (preferred)
